Hello, summer! Though the cool, rainy weather of June has blossomed into the steamy, blistering heat of July, we're still going full steam ahead here at Timber Rock! Our community is finally coming to life now that many of our homes are almost finished or are move-in ready. We expect that our first homeowners will move in later this summer, as well!
Overall, our Timber Rock Team has made lots of exciting progress since spring. Currently:
- • All of our city sidewalks are installed.
- • Multiple Timber Rock signs have been installed throughout the development.
- • Our community walking trails are being paved.
New homes-wise, we have 12 spec homes that are available for purchase -- many of them are open to tours and 6 are move-in ready! We also have 4 fully-furnished model homes that are available and ready for tours! There are multiple other homes that are in the works, as well, in both The Trails and The Bluffs subdivisions. (See the "Current Available Inventory" section below for more details).
In addition, we're excited to announce that our first two Timber Rock homeowners will be moving in within the next month! Our Amenity Center will also be underway very soon.
We've still got a lot to accomplish before our official grand opening this September (more details coming soon!), but we're well on our way and can't wait to officially unveil our amazing new home community!
